At Monies Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you may return any unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original Monies gift box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
